Never Enough: A Comic About Weight was first published in three parts on my instagram account in March of 2023., and is now available in print. The comic was a response to the American Academy of Pediatrics releasing new, harmful guidelines and guidance around childhood obesity in February of 2023. These guidelines made me think about the difficulties and painful moments I had as a fat child navigating the healthcare system, so I made a 3 part mini comic about those experiences and my thoughts now about it all. The three instagram posts cumulatively received 2,400 likes, and were shared by many accounts, including the Maintenance Phase podcast, which is mentioned in the comic.
